Minor Hotels Australia is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the highest cleanliness standards across all hotel areas. You will lead the housekeeping team and contractors, oversee daily operations and training, and uphold guest satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate housekeeping records, including daily logs, inventory reports, and maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

AVANIWellis currently looking for a hard-working, dedicated and experienced individualfor the role ofHousekeeping Supervisor on a full-timebasis.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas of the property. Working closely with the housekeeping team and contractors, you'll lead and support daily operations to uphold outstanding standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness and high presentation standards.
• Supervise and support the housekeeping team, promoting a productive and professional workplace culture.
• Oversee on-the-job training to ensure consistent procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate housekeeping records, including daily logs, inventory reports, and maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Shift Details(subject to change):

• Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
• Must be available to work weekends
• Shifts starting between 8:00am and 9.00am

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):

Monday - Friday: $27.97 per hour

Saturday: $34.96 per hour

Sunday: $41.96 per hour

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in supervising or managing housekeeping operations.
• Experience controlling andmaintainingbudgets, all operating supplies,replacements andconsumables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to set and uphold high cleanliness standards.
