Job summary

The Langham, Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to support the housekeeping team in delivering the luxury guest experience. You will coordinate staff, supervise daily operations, and ensure rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and timeliness.

Ideal candidates will have prior luxury hotel supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to uphold exceptional guest service even under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the Assistant Housekeeping Manager with select housekeeping staff.
• Inspect daily work to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready in a timely fashion.
• Deliver a bespoke, courteous and timely service to meet guest expectations.

KeyResponsibilities

AsHousekeeping Supervisor, you are responsible for coordinating and supportingthe Assistant Housekeeping Manager with the activities of select housekeeping staffand inspecting their work on a daily basis to ensure guest rooms are ready andclean in a timely fashion.

TheHousekeeping Supervisor creates an experience for our hotel guests by offeringthem a clean, safe, comfortable room and delivering bespoke, courteous andtimely service to ensure the highest of expectations are met.

OurHousekeeping Supervisor will be a true quality expert – passionate aboutquality in all forms, from the product to the service, team and delivery! To besuccessful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position/s ata luxury hotel and proven experience leading teams to meet a level of highperformance across cleanliness, productivity and operational commitments.
