Job summary

Accor Darwin is seeking a casual Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and guide the team to maintain the highest cleanliness standards across the hotel.

You will conduct room inspections, respond to guest requests, and collaborate with leadership to ensure exceptional guest experiences while working a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high presentation standards.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
• Confident communicator with a positive and team-focused attitude.
• Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Well-presented with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Physically capable of performing manual tasks (lifting, pushing, pulling, stairs).
• Have full working rights in Australia – this role is not available for sponsorship.

We are seeking a casual, professional and organised Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. Working closely with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Executive Housekeeper, you will help maintain exceptional cleanliness standards and deliver consistently high‑quality guest experiences across the hotel.
