Oaks Brisbane Festival Suites, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Brisbane team. You will lead the housekeeping operation, ensure rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards, and support daily operations with contractors and staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Experience controlling and maintaining budgets, all operating supplies, replacements and consumables.

• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to set and uphold high cleanliness standards.

Oaks Brisbane Festival Suites is currently looking for a hard-working, dedicated and experienced individual for the role of Housekeeping Supervisor on a full-time basis.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas of the property. Working closely with the housekeeping team and contractors, you'll lead and support daily operations to uphold outstanding standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness and high presentation standards.
• Supervise and support the housekeeping team, promoting a productive and professional workplace culture.

Shift Details (subject to change)

• Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
• Must be available to work weekends
• Shifts starting between 8:00 am and 9.00am

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation)

• Monday - Friday: $27.97 per hour
• Saturday: $34.96 per hour
• Sunday: $41.96 per hour
