Accor's Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley is seeking a reliable Public Area Attendant to join our housekeeping team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on keeping lobby and shared spaces clean, bright and welcoming for guests every morning.

You'll work with a friendly team, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and report any safety concerns while following hotel hygiene guidelines. Early starts and a supportive environment are a key part of this position.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring our hotel's public areas are clean, fresh and welcoming at all times.
• Cleaning and maintaining the lobby, corridors, public bathrooms, lifts and other shared spaces.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Replenishing amenities and supplies in public areas.
• Identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Working closely with the Housekeeping Team to create a positive guest experience.
• Following hotel hygiene, health and safety standards.
