Job summary

Captain Cook Cruises, part of Journey Beyond, is seeking a casual Shore-Based Cleaner/Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cabins aboard the Murray Princess and keep guest spaces pristine. Join a close-knit hospitality team delivering high standards of cleanliness and memorable guest experiences.

You will be responsible for cabin servicing, bed making, linen changes, public area upkeep and active guest service support in a dynamic river cruise setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physical fitness to undertake the demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest cabins, including making beds, changing linen and cleaning bathrooms.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public guest areas.
• Complete deep cleaning and general housekeeping duties.
• Deliver friendly, professional service and assist in creating positive guest experiences.

About The Role:

We are seeking a casual Shore-Based Cleaner/Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of guest accommodation aboard the Murray Princess. Working as part of a close-knit hospitality team, you'll ensure cabins and guest spaces are serviced to the highest standards, contibuting to great guest experiences.
