Minor Hotels is seeking casual housekeeping staff for Oaks Moranbah Suites in Moranbah, Queensland. If you’re energetic, detail-focused and enjoy teamwork, we’d love to have you on board.

Shifts operate on a rotating roster with morning starts, offering hourly rates tailored to weekday and weekend work. Training and protective equipment are provided, with opportunities for professional growth within a global hospitality group.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
• Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Using specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively - with all training and tools provided.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment. Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by the company. Collaborating with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals. Shift Details (subject to change)

Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday Shifts starting between 8:00am and 9.00am Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $33.85 per hour Saturday: $40.62 per hour Sunday: $47.39 per hour.

Qualifications

• Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
