Silvershore Apartments on the Broadwater is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join our close-knit team. You will ensure every apartment is presented beautifully and feels like a home away from home.

Enjoy a role with a mix of independent work and team collaboration in a warm, supportive environment. Shifts run 8:00am/9:00am to 2:00pm/3:00pm, with no stairs and lifts to simplify each day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort environment.
• High standard of cleanliness and exceptional attention to detail.
• Positive, team-focused attitude.
• Physically capable to perform required duties.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work a minimum of 4 days and 20 hours per week on a 7‑day rotating roster.
• Valid Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean our one and two bedroom guest apartments to an exceptional standard.
• Ensure every room is spotless and perfectly presented for guest arrivals.
• Report maintenance issues or guest requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records including timesheets and maintenance logs.
• Assist with deep cleaning when needed.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Housekeeper to join our close-knit team. You'll play a really important role in creating a memorable stay for our guests by ensuring every apartment is presented beautifully and feels like home away from home.

You'll enjoy a great mix of working independently and as part of our friendly housekeeping team – no two days are exactly the same!

What You'll Be Doing
