Job summary

The Lane Retreat, located on one of Bimbadgen’s award-winning vineyards, is a boutique accommodation destination in the Hunter Valley. We are seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain the high standards of guest rooms and public areas.

With flexible hours (up to around 20-30 hours per week), this role fits around school hours or other commitments. You will work within a supportive team in a leading wine and hospitality company, focusing on cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Housekeeping or a similar position.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Good prioritisation and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Alignment with team values: teamwork, respect, guest focus, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standard.
• Carry out inspections to maintain quality and consistency.
• Take care of equipment and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Report maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
