Job summary

Veriu Group operates Punthill Epping Apartments in Melbourne and seeks a hands-on housekeeping team member to join our modern hotel. You will maintain clean, welcoming spaces and support guest experiences across the apartment-style property.

The successful candidate will have Australian working rights, a keen eye for detail and flexibility to work at least 3 shifts per week, mornings or day shifts, in a fast-paced environment that values ownership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Approved Australian working rights.
• Attention to detail, organisational skills and high standards of cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work at least 3 shifts a week (primarily morning/day shifts).
• Ability to work as a team and also independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas to brand standards
• Guest room in-stay & departure cleans to a high standard
• Ensure that the efficiency and quality of cleans meet hotel benchmarks
• Provide feedback on hotel common area condition to the Housekeeping Manager or Hotel Manager, particularly in terms of areas that require deep clean, repairs or replacement to maintain hotel standards

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest.
