SOUMAH of Yarra Valley is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to keep our cottages and cellar door in pristine condition in the Yarra Valley. You will clean, restock, and assist with laundry while upholding our high standards for presentation.

Join a friendly team in a beautiful countryside winery, with flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay. Prior hospitality housekeeping experience is valued, and a positive, guest-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Customer-service oriented and friendly demeanor.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain cottages, common areas and designated spaces to high standards.
• Replenish supplies and ensure areas are well-stocked and presentable.
• Assist with laundry duties, including linen/towel handling and folding.
• Report maintenance or repair issues to the team.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Join the team at SOUMAH of Yarra Valley as a part-time Housekeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our beautiful cottages and cellar door in the heart of the Yarra Valley. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and passionate team in a stunning vineyard location.

What you'll be doing

• Cleaning and maintaining cottages, common areas, and other designated spaces to the highest standards
• Replenishing supplies and ensuring all areas are well-stocked and presentable
• Assisting with laundry duties, including ordering and receiving and folding linens and towels
• Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate team members
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Friendly and customer-service oriented attitude
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
