We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Housekeeper to join our small, friendly team at Hermitage Lodge, a family-owned boutique hotel in the heart of the Hunter Valley.

We're a close-knit, hands-on team who work hard, help each other out and take pride in what we do. We keep things simple, support each other and enjoy creating a great experience for our guests.

Whether you've worked in housekeeping before or have skills from another role, we'd love to hear from you. A great attitude, reliability and pride in your work are what matter most.

The role

Working alongside our housekeeping team, you'll help keep our guest rooms and shared spaces looking their best.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms
• Making beds, refreshing bathrooms and restocking amenities
• Keeping guest areas clean and welcoming
• Working with the team to get rooms ready for guests

You'll work closely with our Hotel Supervisor and property owners.

What we're looking for

• Reliable, punctual and a positive attitude
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• A team player who can also work independently
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
• Available for weekend shifts
• Reliable transport to and from work

Housekeeping experience is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person.
