Job summary

The Kelso Hotel is seeking a professional cook to join a busy kitchen in a friendly, family-like team led by a Head Chef. You will manage your own sections, present top-quality dishes, and uphold food hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

We require a minimum of 2 years’ experience, a flexible 5-on/2-off roster across seven days, and qualifications or trade experience equivalent. Approx. 38 hours per week with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a professional environment.
• Available to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
• Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
• Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices.
• Approx. 38 hours per week with rotating roster Mon to Sun.
