Accor in Melbourne is seeking a Hotel Accountant to join the Shared Services team, focusing on month-end close, reporting and balance sheet maintenance for a cluster of properties. This permanent, full-time role offers exposure to accounting processes across the Accor Apartments & Realty portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and/or Finance or Commerce; CA or CPA qualifications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure within tight time frames.
• A can do attitude.

Aufgaben

• End of month preparation, review & reporting.
• Balance sheet preparation & maintenance.
• Monthly FBT data review, distribution and full year report preparation.
• Monthly tax preparation and payments.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting.
• Support Area Finance & Property teams in daily/annual requirements.
