Job summary

Noẽma, the new Mediterranean dining concept from Lucas Collective in Melbourne's CBD, is hiring an experienced Host to welcome guests and set the tone for a premium dining experience.

As the first point of contact, you will manage guest arrival, seat guests, coordinate with front-of-house teams, and uphold immaculate presentation and exceptional communication. A valid RSA certificate and experience with Seven Rooms or similar systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Host in a premium venue.
• Experience with Seven Rooms, OpenTable, Triple Seat, ResPAK or similar.
• Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively.
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
