Job summary

The Hotel Windsor in Melbourne's CBD invites an energetic Bar Supervisor to lead our team in a fast-paced gastro pub setting. Join a storied Grand Heritage hotel and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences behind the Cricketers Bar.

We require supervisory or bartender experience in high-volume environments, extensive beverage knowledge, excellent communication, and a current Victorian RSA certificate.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or bartender experience in a high-volume bar or gastro pub.
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in fast-paced environments.
• Attention to cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Victorian RSA certificate (non-negotiable).

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Full-Time talented & energetic Bar Supervisor, someone who is eager to develop their skills and lead our team in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior supervisory or proven experience as a Bartender in a bar or gastro pub and high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• The ability to multitask and keep your cool in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
• A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (non-negotiable)
• Excellent time management skills to ensure drinks are prepared in a timely manner.
