Job summary

Guzman Y Gomez Mexican Kitchen on the Central Coast is seeking Crew Members to be the life blood of the team. You will greet customers, take orders, roll burritos, restock fridges, and handle basic food prep while learning other roles.

Weekend availability is a must to support our busy, fast-paced operation. Experience in hospitality is helpful but not essential; a positive, coachable attitude and reliability are valued as part of a fun, hardworking team that serves fresh, Mexican-inspired fast

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast-paced environments is helpful.
• You're open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort.
• 'Can do' attitude and can be relied upon to follow through.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, and basic food prep.
• Restocking the fridges, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team.
• Must be available weekends and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Our Crew members are the life blood of GYG. You are on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, re-stocking the fridges, basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. You'll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy, GYG business. MUST be available weekends!

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
• You're open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
• 'Can do' attitude and can be relied upon to follow through
