Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking crew members to be the lifeblood of the team, handling front-line duties and exposure to every aspect of a busy fast-food operation.

Experience is helpful but not essential. You’ll work a rotating Mon-Fri roster with 6am starts, contribute to a friendly, fast-paced environment and learn multiple roles across the team.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or fast-paced experience helpful but not essential.
• Rotating roster Mon-Fri.
• 6-8am starts.
• Willing to be coached, eager to learn and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, roll burritos, restock fridges, basic food prep, wipe tables and learn other roles across the team.

Job Description

Our Crew members are the life blood of GYG. You are on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, re-stocking the fridges, basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. You'll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy, GYG business.

Experience is helpful, but it's not everything. What we mean is:

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
• Must be available to work a rotating roster from Mon-Fri
• Must be available for 6-8am starts.
• You're open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
• 'Can do' attitude and can be relied upon to follow through

We are looking for new team members available to work primarily weekday shifts between 6am to 5-6pm.
