Job summary

Resthaven Bellevue Heights Residential Services in Adelaide is seeking a Full-time Coordinator of Hospitality Services to lead quality hospitality for residents and maintain standards. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will develop and monitor work practices, manage meals, cleaning and housekeeping services, ensure food safety compliance, and optimise resources in a caring, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Background in commercial cooking, hospitality services, or a similar service leadership role.
• Proven ability to coordinate and lead a diverse team.
• Knowledge of and experience working with food safety legislation and standards.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to competing priorities.
• Experience with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
• Previous experience managing hospitality or housekeeping services in the aged care or hospitality sector is highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the provision of quality hospitality service meals to residents, maintaining compliance with food safety standards
• Participating in the development of your sites budget requests and monitoring expenditure, with effective and efficient use of resource
• Coordinating provision of cleaning services and maintenance in accordance with required standard
• Coordination of housekeeping staff and duties
• Ensuring current knowledge of legislation, work practice and contemporary hospitality practices
