Job summary

Infinite Aged Care is seeking a part-time kitchen assistant at Mount Lofty Nursing Home, Toowoomba. You will help with plating, meal service and dining room setup, while maintaining food safety and WHS standards in a busy commercial kitchen.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and flexibility to cover rotating AM/PM shifts (7:00am-2:00pm, 2:30pm-7:00pm, 3:30pm-7:30pm). Pre-employment checks apply and NDIs clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or commercial servery preferred.
• Strong communication, initiative and attention to detail.
• Reliable and adaptable team player in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plating and meal service in a commercial kitchen.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen and dining cleanliness.
• Set up and reset dining rooms and equipment for each service.
• Follow food safety and WHS procedures.
• Work as part of a supportive, fast-moving team.
