Job summary

BlueCare in Bundaberg is seeking a Hospitality Officer on a casual basis to provide food service, housekeeping and laundry support for residents. You will ensure safe food handling, comply with dietary needs, and maintain high hygiene standards in a warm retirement living environment.

You will join a caring team with a focus on meaningful resident interactions, employee discounts, and salary packaging benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience in kitchen or cleaning.
• Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
• Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies.
