Responsibilities

• Deliver preventative maintenance schedules and routine inspections.
• Respond to reactive repairs across apartments and common areas with appropriate urgency.
• Identify safety risks and ensure hazards are addressed promptly or escalated.
• Coordinate with contractors and support compliance requirements where applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts and job completion.
• Communicate progress, timelines and priorities clearly with leaders and teams.
