Job summary

Summerland Farm on the Ballina hinterland is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, working with our Head Chef and Operations Manager to deliver exceptional service and strong financial performance.

You will manage rosters, labour, stock, and menu collaboration, while coaching a diverse hospitality team, including supported employees, and supporting weddings, events and tourism experiences.

Qualifications

• Leading daily restaurant operations across front and back of house.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences that encourage repeat visitation.
• Coaching and developing a diverse hospitality team, including supported employees.
• Managing rosters, labour, stock and operational performance.
• Working with the Head Chef to optimise menus and food costs.
• Supporting weddings, functions and tourism experiences.
• Driving continuous improvement across service, efficiency and profitability.
