Job summary

ACH Group is seeking compassionate casual cleaners to support our aged care clients across Adelaide’s Southern and Western suburbs. You will provide in-home domestic cleaning, ensuring living spaces are clean, safe and welcoming for residents receiving care.

Role requires a driver’s licence and reliable vehicle, fluency in English, and availability Monday to Friday. You will be trained and supported by a Team Leader and Scheduling/Customer Service teams to succeed in the role.

• Fluent English in verbal and written communication is required.
• Strong customer service experience is essential.
• Positive, caring approach to helping older people live a good life.

• Deliver home care domestic services to clients in their homes.

As our community division continues to grow, ACH Group is looking for passionate cleaners to join our team in multiple casual roles across Adelaide's Southern and Western Suburbs supporting customers across the greater Adelaide region.

Locations include:

• Western Suburbs: Port Adelaide, Henley Beach, Woodville, Mile End, Glenelg, Edwardstown, Somerton Park, Mitcham and surrounding suburbs.

The role:

We have customers waiting to receive your impeccable cleaning services in their own homes, in this role you will provide top-notch home care domestic services, ensuring our clients' living spaces are clean and comfortable.

What you'll do:

• Work independently and as a part of a team to support the well‑beingof customers.
• Conduct a variety of domestic tasks.
• Travel between customers' homes and attend site base training.
• Assist the customers to live a good life.

You will need:

• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• A police Check for working in Aged Care as a Cleaner less than 12 months old upon commencement

Good news:

You will be reimbursed the kilometrestravelled as per the SCHCADS Award rate, plus you will be paid for the time you travel between customers after your first clean, until your last!

Your first day will be practical training with some of your colleagues. From there, your Team Leader will support you getting to know the tools you require to perform your role, such as the mobile phone you will be issued. You will also be given buddy shifts with an experienced Community Cleaner. You will have your Team Leader and other supporting areas such as the Scheduling Team and Customer Service Team, only a phone call away to assist your success in the role.

You have extensive customer service experience who presents with a positive attitude. You take pride in your work and the results you achieve. You have a genuine caring nature and a heartfelt desire to assist our customers to live a good life.

• Fluency in English language, including written & verbal communication skills.
• A passion for supporting choice and independence.
• High level customer service experience.
• Availability between Monday to Friday.
• Ability to operate a smart phone.
