Opal HealthCare is seeking a Hospitality Services Officer for Kirra Beach Care Community in Queensland. The role rotates between food service, housekeeping and laundry, delivering compassionate care in a welcoming setting.

You will work as part of a supportive team, following safety and infection control protocols, with flexible shifts and training provided. This hands-on role offers weekend penalties, superannuation and referral bonus incentives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Food Service: Deliver outstanding customer service in our dining room, serve meals with care, and know resident preferences.
• Housekeeping: Ensure resident rooms and community areas are clean, safe, and welcoming, paying attention to detail.
• Laundry: Provide a essential service by managing residents' personal laundry with respect and care.
• Follow strict safety, sanitary, and infection control protocols in all tasks.
• Work as a key part of a supportive team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all residents.
