Job summary

Marriott International’s Autograph Collection is seeking part-time Food & Beverage Attendants for venues across our Sydney properties. You will deliver warm, attentive service across restaurant, bar, and in-room dining, while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but training is available.
• Current NSW RSA certification is required.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Genuine passion for food, drinks, and customer service.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, efficient, and knowledgeable service across restaurant, bar and in-room dining.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests are well looked after.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Follow RSA and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere.
• Support venue operations including setup, pack-down, and restocking.
