Marriott International’s Pier One Sydney Harbour is hiring a Food & Beverage Attendant for Pier Dining on a fixed-term contract ending 28 February. This role, based at Walsh Bay, involves welcoming guests, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining welcoming dining spaces.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant in Pier Dining, you’ll help create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the daily operations of our waterfront dining venue.

From welcoming guests and delivering food and beverages to preparing our dining spaces, no two shifts will be the same!

You’ll also assist with setting up and packing down our dining areas, including safely lifting and moving furniture and equipment for our poolside operations.

No previous hospitality experience is required. We’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed!
