Job summary

Marriott Autograph Collection Sydney is seeking friendly Food & Beverage Attendants for banquets on a fixed-term basis. You will deliver guest-focused service across dining spaces, assist in-room dining and banquets, and help the team ensure smooth service in a fast-paced venue.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality enthusiasm, RSA NSW certification, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends. Training provided; join a dynamic team in iconic venues at Walsh Bay.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Current NSW RSA certification required.
• Excellent communication and a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, efficient service across restaurant, bar and in-room dining.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests are well looked after.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Follow RSA and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere.
• Support venue operations including setup, pack-down, and restocking.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience delivering exceptional service, showcasing our food and drinks, and helping create memorable moments. Whether you're serving dishes to tables, running plates in in-room dining, or supporting the team, your energy and professionalism will shine.

We are seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Section Waiters or independent attendants for In-Room Dining.

Key Responsibilities

• A genuine passion for food, drinks, and customer service.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
