Job summary

Infinite Aged Care on the Gold Coast invites you to join our warm café team, serving residents, families and visitors with friendly, professional service.

Perform barista duties, prepare hot and cold beverages, and assist with dining room service while supporting stock management with the Chef Manager. This physically active role requires daily bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing, performed safely.

Qualifications

• Barista experience and passion for coffee.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication.
• Awareness of workplace safety and hazards.
• Ability to work independently or with the team.
• Flexibility to cover shifts.

• Delivering a friendly, professional café experience for residents and visitors.
• Prepare and serve hot & cold beverages and café snacks, barista skills and certification desirable.
• Supporting stock management with the Chef Manager.
• Assisting with dining room service when needed.

This is a physically active role requiring daily bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing. You must be able to perform these tasks safely to protect yourself, your team, and our residents.

About You

Aged care experience isn’t required - what matters most is a passion for customer service and a positive attitude. Hospitality qualifications (Cert II or similar) are highly regarded but not essential.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated barista experience and love for coffee.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Awareness of workplace safety and hazards.
• Confidence to work independently or with the hospitality team.
• Flexibility, reliability and good availability to cover shifts.
