Job summary

National Hotel Complex in Bendigo, Victoria, is seeking Kitchen Hands and Restaurant & Bar Staff for casual roles. You will support kitchen, dining and bar operations, deliver friendly service, and help maintain cleanliness and high presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience, preferably in kitchen, restaurant or bar (desirable but not essential).

• Good communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional approach.
• Friendly attitude and a genuine commitment to customer service.

• Food safety knowledge or relevant qualifications are advantageous; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with kitchen duties, food preparation and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
• Support restaurant and bar operations, including serving customers and clearing tables.
• Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and comply with workplace procedures.
• Assist with other duties as required.
