Job summary

Calvary Healthcare is seeking a Supply Officer to join our North Adelaide Hospital team. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm, and focuses on the continuous supply of medical consumables and ordered goods to wards and theatres.

You will manage scanning, picking and delivery, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, and maintain imprest stock levels with strong organisational skills in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare supply environment.
• Demonstrated high-level customer service skills and the ability to develop and maintain sound working relationships.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience using an inventory management system.

Responsibilities

• Scanning, picking and delivery of medical consumables to designated wards or theatres within the hospital grounds.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of goods.
• Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained with regular review of imprest.
