Job summary
Queensland Government's Metro South Health Maintenance Services team is seeking a skilled plumber to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across hospitals and community facilities. You will apply your trade expertise to keep essential infrastructure safe, compliant and operating, collaborating with a skilled team to minimise disruption and support quality healthcare delivery.
Trade qualified with Certificate III in Plumbing and a current Licence, plus White Card, will enable you to perform
Qualifications
- Trade qualified with Certificate III in Plumbing and current Plumbing & Drainage Licence.
- White Card (General Construction Induction) required.
- Experience in plumbing repairs, hydraulic systems and plant maintenance in large facilities.
- Commitment to safety, compliance with Australian Standards and safe work practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across hospitals and community facilities.
- Diagnose faults, execute repairs and coordinate with a multi-trade team to minimise disruption.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and documentation of works completed.
