• Maintain personal licences and any assigned annual training requirements to ensure that they are always current.
• Work with apprentices, trade assistants and external trade contractors ensuring specifications and quality standards are met.
• Liaise with staff, other government agencies and private contractors to ensure work is undertaken with minimal disruption to clients and other staff.
• Monitor and report on the work of contractors and in-house trade staff in relation to tasks, specifications and standards.
