Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Pharmacy degree and progressing towards completion.
Experience or exposure to hospital pharmacy settings is desirable but not required.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Assist in dispensing prescriptions under supervision of Registered Pharmacists.
Maintain ward imprests and collect patient medication histories.
Contribute to medication management and patient care activities within a multidisciplinary team.
Participate in quality improvement, training and administrative tasks related to pharmacy services.
