Metro North Hospital & Health Service is seeking a tradesperson to service, fault-find and install HVAC and refrigeration systems across the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. You will work both independently and in a team to maintain complex plant and infrastructure in a major healthcare facility.

The role focuses on safety, compliance with standards, and collaboration with supervisors, contractors and clinical areas to ensure reliable building services that support patient care.

Qualificações

• Experience with installation, servicing and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to diagnose equipment faults and implement maintenance solutions.
• Experience managing maintenance work orders and coordinating materials.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake installation, servicing, fault finding and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems within a large and complex healthcare environment.
• Diagnose equipment faults, investigate system performance issues and implement practical, cost-effective maintenance solutions.
• Manage maintenance work orders, resources and materials to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently and within required timeframes.
• Conduct condition assessments of plant and infrastructure to support asset reliability, performance and preventative maintenance programs.
• Liaise with supervisors, contractors and stakeholders while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, standards, codes of practice and workplace safety requirements.
