Qualifications

• Qualified Chef or Trade Cook with relevant experience.
• Experience in preparing meals for patients/residents.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene principles.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster.
• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook nutritious, high‑quality meals for patients, residents and clients.
• Prepare meals in accordance with dietary requirements and nutrition standards.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist with catering for functions and service across healthcare settings.
• Collaborate with Catering Assistants and the healthcare team to ensure quality service.
