St John of God Health Care is seeking a Biomedical Engineer to support reliable operation of critical medical equipment across our hospitals in Western Australia. You will maintain biomedical assets, ensure compliance with Australian Standards, and provide responsive clinical support to staff and clinicians.

This Permanent Full-Time role offers a salary of 107,232 to 119,107 AUD per year plus 12% superannuation, salary packaging up to 18,550, and a supportive culture with flexible work options

Competenze

• Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least five years' experience in biomedical engineering.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Mansioni

• Operational support for biomedical assets.
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment, performance verification/testing.
• Installation and commissioning with safety tests and asset tagging.
• Planned Preventive Maintenance scheduling and execution.
• Corrective, breakdown and emergency maintenance.
• Acceptance, safety and performance test analysis.
• Annual compliance testing for Patient Treatment Areas Body/Cardiac.
• Test all Gas Therapy items in all departments.
• Test manifolds by registered/licensed contractor.
