Urban Grounds and Gardens Pty Ltd, Sydney's leading landscaping company, is seeking a top garden maintenance tradesperson to join our busy team. You will run your own maintenance jobs for commercial and residential clients, with opportunities to train apprentices and grow with the company.

We offer overtime, superannuation, and a fun, supportive workplace culture with great career progression and plenty of exciting projects on the go in 2026.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification essential.
• Experience in commercial or residential maintenance desirable.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage jobs.

Responsabilités

• Run your own maintenance jobs for clients.
• Train apprentices and supervise on-site activities.
• Deliver high-quality garden maintenance and customer service.

Here’s What We Need From You

• Have a clean, Australian Drivers license.
• Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices.
• Honest and trustworthy.
• Trade qualification essential.
• Experience with commercial or residential maintenance work would help.
• Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to ensure the job is top-notch.
• Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
