Welsford Smithers Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Horticulturist/Gardener for a full-time role based in Pymble, NSW. You will maintain residential gardens and landscaping, implementing maintenance plans, planting, pruning, weeding and irrigation to keep grounds vibrant and attractive.

The role requires formal horticulture qualifications or equivalent experience, with strong knowledge of plant care, and the ability to work independently or in a team while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in horticulture or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining high-quality gardens and landscaping.
• Strong knowledge of plant species, their care requirements and seasonal considerations.
• Proficient in the use of common gardening tools and equipment.
