Job summary

Programmed Property Services on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Horticultural Tradesperson to care for and develop customer sites using professional horticultural techniques, aligned with approved plans and hours allocated. You will also provide technical advice to customers and team members.

In a supportive team environment, this role offers exposure to diverse client sites and opportunities for career progression within an established brand, with strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in horticulture, parks and gardens, gardening or landscaping.
• Experience operating a range of mowers and small plant equipment.
• Commitment to Quality and Health, Safety and Environment systems.
• Current drivers licence.
• Team environment experience.
• Experience in high-end horticultural and turf maintenance.

We currently have one of these possibilities on the Sunshine Coast.

Within a supportive team environment, a Horticultural Tradesperson is responsible for caring for, maintaining and developing customer sites and associated facilities, using professional horticultural techniques in accordance with approved plans, policies and hours allocated.

You will also be required to provide technical advice to customers and other team members.

Skills and Experience

• Qualifications and experience in horticulture, parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping minimum 5 years
• Experience in operation of a range of mowers, and small plant equipment
• A clear commitment and understanding of Quality and Health, Safety and Environment systems
• A Current Drivers licence
• Working in a team environment
• Experience in high end horticultural and turf Maintenance.
