Characteristic Enterprises in Langwarrin, VIC is expanding its HDD teams across VIC, NSW and ACT, offering long‑term stability with modern equipment and a supportive crew culture. We’re seeking motivated Drillers and Drill Trackers who take pride in safe work and can perform independently when required.

You'll work with Vermeer and Tracto HDD rigs and DCI locating systems on civil and telecommunications projects, with above‑award remuneration and accommodation arranged on travel roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in drilling or tracking (HDD or civil)
• Safety-focused and can work independently
• Willing to travel across VIC/NSW/ACT and work with modern equipment

About the Roles

You’ll be working with Vermeer and Tracto HDD rigs and DCI locating systems across a variety of civil and telecommunications projects. These positions suit operators who take pride in their work, value safety, and can work independently when required.
