Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in automotive homologation and compliance in Australia.
• Strong working knowledge of Australian Design Rules (ADR) and VTA processes.
• ROVER system access (DITRDC login) – essential.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead ADR homologation activities across various vehicle programs.
• Develop and manage homologation timing plans aligned to program milestones.
• Review and validate compliance documentation (test reports, drawings, technical data).
• Liaise with third-party converters, test facilities, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions through to resolution.
• Prepare and submit Vehicle Type Approval (VTA) documentation timely and accurately via ROVER.
• Manage regulatory RFIs and ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Support vehicle inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned.
• Provide structured weekly status reporting to the Homologation Manager

About the Role
