IFYS has an exciting opportunity for a Homeless Outreach Worker to join the Accommodation Services team within the Sunshine Coast region.
As the Homeless Outreach Worker, you will provide assertive outreach support to rough sleepers and individuals experiencing housing crisis, within a holistic and collaborative multi-agency model of service.
Our ideal candidate will possess a strong client-centred practice framework, have sound knowledge of local services and resources, and experience conducting intake assessments and delivering case management.
