Coposit is transforming how Australians buy property with deposit solutions. As a Coposit Concierge, you’ll educate, nurture, and guide buyers from first enquiry through to purchase, engaging across phone, SMS, email and in-app messaging to build trust and momentum.

You’ll support a fast-growing startup culture, helping buyers understand deposits, weekly instalments, and the homebuying journey while collaborating with senior team members to improve the buyer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in real estate, proptech, sales or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with enquiries via phone, SMS, email, and in-app messaging.
• Record key buyer insights in the CRM and understand motivations, finances, timelines.
• Conduct discovery calls to educate buyers about Coposit, Unrent, and the purchasing process.
• Maintain buyer engagement with follow-ups and personalised communication.
• Qualify purchase-ready buyers and connect them with sales agents and internal teams.
• Own buyer enquiries and ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Explain deposit requirements, weekly instalments, and the purchasing process.
