Job summary

Aussie is expanding its fastest growing Buyer’s Agency, embedded in an Aussie Store to convert finance-approved clients into successful property purchases. You’ll source properties across on-market, pre-market and off-market channels, conduct due diligence, lead negotiations, and manage the buying process from start to finish with a focus on client satisfaction.

We’re seeking licensed, results-driven buyers who know their local markets, with strong networks and proven experience handling

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class 1/Full Real Estate License (or equivalent).
• Proven success managing 20+ end-to-end residential transactions.
• Established networks to source off-market and pre-market opportunities for your clients.
• Strong knowledge of your local market and buyer psychology.
• Negotiation skills that build trust and deliver great outcomes.

As a Retail Buyer’s Agent, you’ll be embedded in an Aussie Store, working closely with mortgage brokers and in-store teams to convert finance-approved customers into successful property purchases.

You’ll:

• Work closely with finance-ready clients to understand their property needs

• Source suitable properties from on-market, pre-market, and off-market channels

• Conduct due diligence and property research

• Lead negotiations and manage the buying process from start to finish

• Build strong working relationships with industry stakeholders

• Deliver outstanding service that earns client trust and repeat business

• Partner with brokers to understand client goals and timing
