Youi Insurance in Sydney is seeking a Home Quality Assurance Consultant to ensure repairs meet quality, safety, and customer service standards. You will review workmanship, assess against codes, and report findings to drive improvements.

Working closely with the National Home Quality Manager, you'll conduct quality reviews, assess workmanship, identify improvement opportunities, and provide expert guidance to support better outcomes for both customers and the business. What you'll be doing

• Conduct objective quality assurance reviews of completed home repairs and restoration work.
• Assess workmanship against building codes, regulations, industry standards and repair scope requirements.
• Provide factual and evidence-based reporting on repair quality, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with builders, contractors and service providers to promote quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and support adherence to workplace health and safety requirements across repair activities.
• Collaborate with Claims, Assessing and operational stakeholders to drive consistency, continuous improvement and best practice outcomes.

• Have a strong understanding of residential construction, repair methodologies and building industry standards.
• Bring experience in home claims management, home assessing, quality assurance or a related building industry role.
• Apply sound technical judgement and can confidently assess repair quality and compliance requirements.
• Build strong relationships while providing constructive feedback and influencing positive outcomes.
• Communicate clearly through detailed reports, observations and stakeholder interactions.
• Work autonomously, stay organised and maintain a strong focus on quality, safety and customer outcomes.
