Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking an experienced Home Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff and promote professional growth while ensuring exceptional resident care. The role emphasizes person-centred planning and delivering high-quality dementia care.

The ideal candidate will hold NVQ Level 5 or be working toward it, with strong organisational and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with the team and residents.

Qualifications

• The successful Home Manager will have prior experience in home management and a track record of achieving Good CQC reports.
• You should be NVQ Level 5 qualified or working towards it, and have experience in person-centred care planning and caring for individuals with dementia.
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with others are essential qualities.
• Good organisational skills and time management are also key.

Job description
