Bendigo Bank in Cummins District, SA is seeking a Home Lending Specialist (Customer Relationship Manager) to guide customers through the lending journey and grow borrowing with a customer-first approach. You’ll build trusted relationships, assess needs, and deliver end-to-end lending solutions in a dynamic, support-driven environment.

Role offers full-time or part-time options, 76 hours per fortnight, on-site at the Community Bank Cummins District.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in customer service or sales.
• High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations.
• Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and a holistic view of their situation.
• Highly developed credit analysis skills.
• Understanding of small business offerings.
• Consumer lending experience – this is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of lending leads and nurture relationships through the buying journey using our CRM.
• Guide customers through the lending process, providing peace of mind and support.
• Leverage credit analysis and customer understanding to ensure positive lending outcomes.
• Develop strong, relationship-focused connections with the community, branch, and Branch Manager.
• Engage in lifelong learning with on-the-job training and other opportunities.
• Build connections and contribute to a community-focused banking experience.
