UPA Aged Care Solutions is seeking Home Care Workers to join our Hunter region team based in Cessnock. You will deliver person-centred care to help older people live independently at home and stay connected to their community.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Individual Support and Aged Care (highly desirable).
• Medication Assist qualification (highly desirable).
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel.
• Registered and insured vehicle.
• Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence in using technology.

Aufgaben

• Deliver individualised care using a person-centred approach as per client care plans.
• Assist with personal care, medications, transport, and respite services.
• Provide everyday living support such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping, and meal preparation.
• Complete accurate and timely reporting of client services.
• Identify and report client risks via our incident management system.
