Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Care Worker – At Home Services to support older Australians in their homes, helping with everyday activities, meals, shopping, and transport. You will travel between client locations across Leeton and surrounding areas, building genuine connections while promoting independence.

This permanent part-time role offers up to 20 hours per fortnight with Wednesday availability, a comprehensive orientation, direct supervision, and access to salary packaging and

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Australian driver licence is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be patient, empathetic and adaptable in home-care settings.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple client locations across Leeton and surrounds.
• Assist with activities of daily living (meal prep, mobility, showering, dressing).
• Support independence and home safety for clients.
• Document care plans and communicate with supervisors.
